Returns & Exchanges

We love our customers to be satisfied and shop with us worry free. Should you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 10 days of receipt subject to the following terms:

• Merchandise must be NEW and UNUSED with tags still attached.
• All items on sale are non-refundable.

Preorders
Preorders are taken before the items arrive from our manufacturing facilities. We require full payment on all preorders and these items will ship as soon as they arrive. If you order other merchandise along with your preorder, no problem! We will go ahead and ship those items right away, and ship the preordered items when they arrive.

We do not accept returns on any preorders. Also, please note that when preordering an item, the expected date is only an approximate date the items will arrive, and is not a guarantee.
